The Royal Australian Mint's Australia Dolphin Series is a world renowned bullion coin series. Released annually, it is always a popular choice amongst investors.
Now in its fifth release, the 2023 Rough-Toothed Dolphin Silver Coin is very limited in mintage with only 25,000 produced worldwide.
The design showcases the Rough Toothed Dolphin displaying its distinctive teeth, against an ocean backdrop with sun on the horizon. The ‘Rough Toothed Dolphin’ inscription, coin’s weight and purity is also visible on the face of the coin.
The obverse highlights Jody Clark’s design of her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Inscriptions include ‘ELIZABETH II,” “1 DOLLAR,” “AUSTRALIA,” and “2023”. This years coin also includes The Queen Elizabeth II Memorial Obverse, featuring the Jody Clark effigy supplemented with the dates of Her Majesty’s reign.
