Crafted by the SilverTowne Mint in Winchester, Indiana, this 1oz .999 fine silver medallion is part of their exclusive Legendary Warriors Series. SilverTowne has been producing high-quality bullion products to the highest standards since 1973.

This medallion marks the twelfth release in the exclusive Legendary Warriors Series and highlights Miyamoto Musashi, celebrated as one of Japan’s greatest swordsmen. Musashi (1584–1645) was a master strategist, philosopher, and duelist known for his undefeated record in more than 60 duels and for creating the two-sword style, Niten Ichi-ryū. Later in life, he devoted himself to art, calligraphy, and teaching, ultimately authoring The Book of Five Rings, a timeless guide on strategy and discipline. His influence remains strong in martial arts and philosophy worldwide.

Obverse Design:
The front displays a highly detailed rendering of Musashi in a dynamic stance, gripping both swords with determination—symbolic of his famed two-sword technique. His flowing robes are intricately decorated, and the background features cherry blossoms on one side and a traditional pagoda surrounded by trees on the other. The inscription “MIYAMOTO MUSASHI” arcs across the top.

Reverse Design:
The back showcases the standard design for the series: a collection of historical weapons representing past and future warriors in the series. Encircling the artwork are the inscriptions “LEGENDARY WARRIORS” and “1 OZ .999 FINE SILVER.”
