The first feature is a new background wave pattern that catches the light and makes the surface shimmer. The second is the smooth lines on Britannia’s shield. The third is a hologram near the bottom left of the reverse, which shifts from a padlock to a trident as the coin is tilted. The fourth feature is a micro-engraved phrase, “Decus Et Tutamen,” along the inner rim.

The obverse showcases the first effigy of His Majesty King Charles III, set against a background wave pattern and accompanied by inscriptions.

The reverse depicts Britannia standing confidently on a rock, holding a shield in her left hand and a trident in her right. The hologram is positioned near the bottom of the trident, while the micro-engraved text appears to the right of the shield.
