The reverse features a depiction of an ox with its calf, set against a village nestled in the mountains, beneath a cherry blossom tree. The design also includes the Chinese character for ‘ox’, the inscription ‘OX 2021’, and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark.
The obverse bears the Jody Clark effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, along with the weight, purity, and monetary denomination.
As an added security feature, this coin includes a micro-engraved letter within the reverse design, visible only under magnification.
